Our gourmet tastings and workshops are organized for private parties only. Conducted by a local expert, they last approximately one hour, arranged in two parts: the first reviews the basic notions regarding the top quality food product at hand, and the second, more practical, involves a guided sampling of various product types, a food & wine pairing session, even a carving workshop (in the case of Ibérico ham).

The tasting session can be followed by a mouth-watering menu, specially designed to help you perceive the versatility of these gourmet treasures, accompanied by fine Spanish wine.
