In Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the center of Cava-making, you’ll enjoy a private visit to the first producer of the Cava Protected Designation of Origin practising biodynamic agriculture. You will learn about the process and will appreciate the vocation of this family devoted to elaborating Cava since 1924, following the purest and most traditional handling style. During this visit you will taste the house Cava, as well as other terroir white wines elaborated by this family.

Continue to Sitges where you will enjoy lunch, based on the tasteful fish and rice-based specialities of this coastal town, accompanied of course with the excellent wine of this region!

After lunch, you’ll have time for taking in the charming atmosphere of Sitges, you can explore on your own its fabulous Modernist heritage, the many Indiano houses – built by wealthy local families that made their fortune in the Americas, the beautiful beaches… Optional visits may include one of the many interesting Museums in town, such as Cau Ferrat, the house-studio of writer and painter Santiago Rusiñol, who turned Sitges into an important meeting point for artists and intellectuals.
