Day One – Seville, guided tour & tapas
Check -in at your charming 4* hotel, housed in an old palace in the heart of Seville.
Meet our local English-speaking guide for a walking tour, visiting main monuments.
This will be combined with a tapas itinerary along the historic centre, especially the Santa Cruz quarter, a labyrinth of narrow winding streets, just behind the impressive Giralda and Cathedral.

Day Two – Seville, food market & cooking class
Today is cookery day. First, visit with our instructor chef a colorful food market in the hustle and bustle of the start of the day.
From there it’s on to your private cooking class. You’ll be rolling up your sleeves and actually help to cook a whole meal featuring Andalusian specialties. Once the cooking is done, enjoy a delicious meal in a laid back atmosphere, there’s no hurry.
The evening is free for you to enjoy Seville on your own.

Day Three – Aracena Natural Park & Ibérico ham
Today you will visit the beautiful Aracena Natural Park, just over an hour’s drive from Seville, the land of world-famous Ibérico ham.
You will learn how this extraordinary ham is elaborated on a visit to a top Ibérico ham producer, followed by a tasting of the house Ibérico ham.
Walk through a beautiful family-run Ibérico farm to spot Ibérico pigs roaming free in their natural habitat, the Dehesa landscape, a magnificent evergreen oak forest.
Enjoy a delicious home-made lunch in the farmhouse, featuring Ibérico products and seasonal organic products.

Day Four – Jerez & Sherry wines
The excursion of the day is to Jerez de la Frontera, one hour drive from Seville.
Here is where the Palomino grape, the albariza soil, the local climate, and the distinctive “criaderas & soleras” system produce an amazing variety of Sherry wines.
You’ll be visiting a traditional cellar for an insightful look into the history and process of elaboration of these truly special wines, followed by a tutored tasting.
Then, indulgence yourself with a delicious lunch at one of the best restaurants in town.

Day Five – Cordoba
Transfer from Seville to Cordoba.
Check-in at a charming 4* hotel in the historical centre of Cordoba.
In the afternoon, our guide will pick you up for a guided walking tour through the old town. You will be amazed by Cordoba’s walls, narrow winding streets,
beautiful patios and hidden tiny squares, not to mention the breath taking Mosque!
Tonight’s dinner will be served at a great local restaurant in Cordoba.

Day Six – Olive Oil day
It’s Olive Oil day, visiting the beautiful Baena DO territory.
You will visit a prestigious olive oil producer in the area, his olive groves and almazara (olive oil mill), where you will learn how premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils are elaborated, and how to taste them!
Visit an old lagar (traditional wine press house) at a rural Andalusian Cortijo, where you will learn how their natural wines are elaborated. After the visit and wine tasting, take part in a Paella workshop, and enjoy it for lunch at the very same lagar.
After lunch, it’s back to Cordoba, where you’ll have some free time to rest, maybe do some shopping or take an evening stroll.

Enjoy your last breakfast in Cordoba before getting back home, or continuing your trip through Spain on your own.

Day One – Malaga, guided tour & tapas
Check-in at your smart urban 4* hotel in the historic centre, offering nice views of the Cathedral.
Malaga, birthplace of world famous painter Picasso, is a welcoming sea port in the Costa del Sol. Known for its rich historic heritage, Mediterranean cuisine, local wines and sandy beaches, it enjoys a mild climate throughout the year too.
Meet our local English-speaking expert guide for a guided walk of Malaga, followed by a tapas tour of the city´s lively tapas scene.
It is worth mentioning that Malaga is becoming one of Spain´s major cultural destinations. If you are fond of painting, you will enjoy the city´s several interesting museums such as the Picasso’s, The Russian Arts’ or the Carmen Thyssen’s.

Day Two – Ronda
Enjoy a one and a half hour’s chauffeured drive to strikingly beautiful Ronda, a white-washed charming town perched atop the impressive Tajo gorge.
As you get to Ronda, you will visit a family-owned wine cellar located on one of the slopes of the gorge, producing organic and biodynamic wines.
Then, our local guide will meet you for a stroll around town followed by lunch at a selected restaurant.
Afterwards, make your way into the old town, a maze of winding streets dotted with palaces and charming white-washed Andalusian homes.

Day Three – Malaga, espetos & cooking lesson
Start your cookery day with a guided stroll around the charming seaside quarter of Pedregalejo, where the holiday mansions of Malaga’s upper class used to be located.
First, stop by a shipyard where boats are built following the ancient Phoenician tradition. Then, see an authentic espetero – the man who prepares the typical fish skewers, called espetos, in a boat on the sand – at work, and taste fresh sardines with flavorful garden tomatoes and wine or beer. A Malaga specialty that you will love, pure Mediterranean!
Continue to the nearby cooking class venue, a traditional house converted into a cozy cooking school, where your private hands-on cooking class takes place; you’ll be welcomed to cook and feast on a delicious menu, accompanied by fine regional wine… and a laid-back atmosphere.

Day Four – Antequera Olive Oil & Granada tapas tour
Early check-out and private transfer to Granada in the company of our guide.
First stop in Antequera for a visit to the town´s five thousand year´s old dolmens, recently recognized as World Heritage site. These three prehistoric burial chambers are between the largest and most complete megalithic structures in Europe.
Then, enjoy a visit to one of the most prestigious olive oil producers in Spain, located nearby. Take a stroll through this property’s olive groves and olive oil mill, where you will learn how premium extra virgin olive oils are elaborated, and how to taste them!
Continue to Granada and check-in at your cozy hotel, in a perfect location.
This evening you will take a guided walk along the romantic neighborhood of Albaicín, combined with a tapas itinerary in which you will discover the great tapas tradition for which the city has a reputation. A nice tea at one of the Arab style tea shops would be a good end to your stay.

Day Five – Granada & the Alhambra
Today is the day for you to enjoy a guided visit of the Alhambra, the world’s most spectacular and renowned Arabic palatine buildings, and a site you should visit at least once in your lifetime! Please note that Alhambra tickets are subjected to availability at the time of the reservation of the tour and therefore, are not guaranteed.
After some free time at leisure, finish your visit with a guided walking tour along the historic centre, and explore the Renaissance & Baroque city around the flamboyant Cathedral. Then, it´s time to say goodbye to your guide.
Top off your stay in Granada with a farewell dinner at a restaurant offering beautiful views of the Alhambra at night.
