Our teacher is a prestigious cooking professional with 20 years’ experience. She was born in Madrid and is member of the Spanish Academy of Gastronomy, but she has worked for the Culinary Institute of America and many other culinary organizations, both in Spain and abroad.

Feel free to ask questions while you chat with your teacher, and maybe nibble on this or that… Then sit down and take pleasure in the dishes you have prepared as lunch, accompanied, of course, by first-class Spanish wine.
